My sister left me last week to go live back in Dunedin, New Zealand (sad face) and I figured the house would be super quiet with her gone so I decided to get a pet. This here is Steve the Betta fish! I already had all the gear and food from a previous betta fish my sister had a few years ago so I trundled off to the local pet shop to choose a lucky fish. He caught my eye with his lively attitude and his gorgeous fins. So far he has settled in very well although I don't know it he appreciates the choice in colour of the pink stones!
